One should not miss an opportunity to measure this trail with their own footsteps. This hike offers the magnetic view of mountains along with the tradition, culture, and daily life of villagers. Another prime focus of this hike is the world heritage site around Nagarkot at the Changunarayan, which is full of ancient art descriptions, something worthwhile to visit. The divine aura of this ancient temple and its brief architecture will give you a feel of divinity and ecstasy that further vibes out as soothing essence to one’s body, mind, and spirit.  As to start this journey one should first drive from Kathmandu to Nagarkot (2,200m) then hike to Changunarayan for about 3 to 4 hours and an hour drive back to the hotel in Kathmandu.

To begin this journey, we will first take a car from Kathmandu to Nagarkot (2,200m). After strolling around at the place, we will then climb for around three and a half hours to Changunarayan. We will take a car back to our accommodation in Kathmandu.
